In this model, Zalaris is fully responsible for all aspects of payroll and travel expenses (optional), including input, processing, output, and employee Help Desk. Internal responsibilities can be limited to updating employee master data, including new hires, terminations and salary changes. This is frequently handled through an interface from your own HR system to Zalaris’ payroll solution.
