As a part of the Zalaris leadership team, she is focused on growing the Polish team in three directions: Professional Services, Managed Services and Nearshoring. On the other hand, Kasia is helping to grow Zalaris business in CEE by supporting Zalaris global clients in these territories. Kasia was previously the Founder and CEO of ROC Poland prior to its acquisition by Zalaris ASA. Kasia has over 20 years of experience in the SAP HCM market delivering SAP technology to various local and global clients. She started her career as a consultant and for over the last 15 years has been in a top management position.
