Learning
Tobias Hauer Mathiesen shares some of the updates to the new Course Home interface, most importantly with upgrades to manager actions and the program experience. We also see some very interesting developments with an early-adaptor upgrade for integrations between SuccessFactors Learning and the formerly known competencies (now called attributes). In addition, we see further improvements to ensure the integration of SuccessFactors Learning to both the SuccessFactors platform and third-party environments such as Microsoft Teams, WebEx and Zoom.
Beside these major updates, there is a long list of minor upgrades that improves the administrator and user experience.
Onboarding
Josefine N Walnum has highlighted some key updates with focus on the User Experience and introduces several changes implemented based on user feedback. These range from major enhancements to minor improvements aiming to improve the layout and usability of the onboarding process, and to streamline the experience.
Recruiting
Liam Clark follows on with updates on the release for Recruiting, which extends some of the new functionality including the upcoming applicant management tools as well as recruiting functionality being integrated into the new features of Talent Intelligence Hub and Opportunity Marketplace. In addition to this, there are some improvements to usability in the system for recruiters, and more focus on the internal candidate experience, as the release provides more consistency across the different methods of employee interaction, via Opportunity Marketplace and Work Zone.
