Prior to his founding of Zalaris, Hans-Petter was a partner with Accenture, where he was responsible for business development in the company’s Nordic Outsourcing Unit. He also held a director position with Accenture in which he established their Stavanger-based Accounting Shared Services Unit, integrating accounting operations for large oil companies.\n\nPrior to Accenture, Hans-Petter’s leadership positions focused on outsourcing-related business needs and issues as a managing director and consultant with companies in Germany and Switzerland. His educational background includes an MBA from IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland, and a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, as well as a Master of Science, cum laude, in Computer Science from The University of Tulsa, USA

Manum joined Zalaris in January, 2020, and previously held the position as CFO of Vistin Pharma ASA. He has extensive experience as CFO for publicly listed companies, and has previously held the position as CFO at Clavis Pharma ASA and Weifa ASA (now Karo Pharma ASA). Prior to that he was a senior advisor at Handelsbanken Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, for eight years, and has been an auditor at PwC. Manum holds a MCom in Finance and Accounting from the University of New South Wales, Sydney.

Zalaris will aim to make annual dividend payments of around 50% of net profits before tax. However, this should not negatively influence targeted growth, and the capital structure should remain sound and at a satisfactory level.

When deciding on the final dividend to be proposed for the General Meeting, the Board of Directors will also take into consideration Zalaris’ capital requirements, including legal restrictions, capital expenditure requirements, and potential investment plans.

Zalaris’ overall objective is to create value for its shareholders through an attractive and competitive return, both by increasing the value of the shares and through the distribution of dividends. The dividends paid should reflect the company’s growth and profitability.

Dividend payout is subject to final approval by the General Meeting.

The Annual General Meeting is held each year on or prior to 30 June. Written notice of general meetings including time, date and agenda of the meeting is sent to all shareholders with known addresses at least three weeks prior to the meeting.

Each share entitles the holder to one vote. A shareholder may vote at the general meeting either in person or by proxy. All shareholders are entitled to submit items to the agenda, meet, speak and vote at general meetings.
