After yesterday’s articles, we now move to round out the week with our final insights for the series, picking off some integration information and Employee Central Service Centre.
Suite Integration
Stephen Hammond follows up from his platform article on Wednesday with Suite Integration today. The integrations around the SuccessFactors suite feature a plethora of minor enhancements and fixes, but some preparatory changes for Onboarding 2.0, a new and improved employee profile data change audit report and some sophisticated augmentations to centralised services ensure this is a jam-packed update.
Employee Central Service Centre
Our final article this quarter is on the SuccessFactors HR service desk solution, Employee Central Service Centre. Stephen Millard returns with his third article of the series to explain how SAP have been focusing on service agent efficiency with several user interface enhancements and performance improvements. Stephen also highlights some considerations to be given around Ask HR and a change and option there which might require some communication with your employees.
Unfortunately, SAP Jam had no updates ready for release this quarter, but hopefully SAP will bring us some exciting new features for that in Q4.
We hope you enjoy these initial articles in our SuccessFactors release, and that you will return each day to explore the rest of our series published throughout the week.

Other than that, all that remains is for Stephen Burr, Professional Services Executive Manager at Zalaris UK&I to share his final views on what SAP have delivered with this quarter’s updates.
