With great pleasure, we inform you that Hungarian has been added to the list of languages available on the PeopleHub portal.
We’re committed to continuously enhancing user experience and accessibility, as evidenced by the fact that this feature is accessible as an extra option upon request.
Report Launcher
Introducing our latest innovation – the ‘Report Launcher’ – designed to elevate our reporting solution suite. Crafted to meet the demands of our larger customers seeking seamless execution of robust reports.
Knowledge base
We are developing a new solution for knowledge base management. This solution enables clients to store and organise information that is relevant and useful for their employees. The solution has a clean and intuitive design that allows employees to easily navigate through large amounts of information.
Alumni Solution
Zalaris Alumni Solution is a service that allows former employees to access their personal and payroll data. This solution has various features and benefits for both the alumni and the organisation.

Time Management enhancements and key updates
It is our goal to make it simpler for you to effectively and intuitively manage your employees’ time and attendance with the Time Management improvements. In this section, we will examine the primary improvements included in this version:
- Mass Time Management application: Zalaris has developed a new application for managers to do mass time management on behalf of employees by recording attendance, absence and compensation data.
- Record Absence application: it is now available as auto-approval option for Parental Leave recording for our customers in Sweden.
- Record Working Hours application: new input controls are available for our clients in PeopleHub portal to ensure correct attendance recording process and correct input to payroll.
- Record Other Compensation application: it is now available as auto-approval option for compensation types, and compensation recording experience has been improved to ensure correct data input.
eFile enhancements and key updates
Zalaris eFile stands as a cornerstone for efficient and cost-effective management of workforce-related documents and HR records.
Let us take a closer look at the key updates to the eFile solution included in this release:
- Document reading view: Delivered the option to hide Document Information pane, for enhanced document viewing options.
- Archive Administration with read-only rights: additional eFile roles; for possibility to customise HR administrator rights to have view-only access.
- Collapse eFile document register: possibility to not only expand Document folders, but also to collapse the list.
- Date format: Aligned and standardised date formats across all eFile applications for consistency.
- Delivered access to content with no translation: Now it is possible to load all employees and access their personnel file even if no translation is available in the backend system.
- Validity date program: to identify archived documents with invalid or no validity dates, ensuring accurate and reliable data.
These improvements collectively create a more user-friendly, standardised, and accessible eFile system, emphasising our commitment to a seamless HR document management experience.
eForms enhancements and key updates
The latest updates in Zalaris eForms aim to enhance your experience in managing employee data, offering greater flexibility and efficiency. These updates introduce new features, address bug fixes, and make significant enhancements to ensure a seamless and intuitive eForms solution.
Let’s explore the main enhancements contained in this version in more detail:
- Asynchronous loading: To improve the performance of eForms Activity Center the loading of Actions Required and eForms Activity Log has been separated.
- Drafts: eForms v2 delivers the option to continue previously left form in the eForms Workspace app. Draft optenabled enable by default but can be turned off by toggle Autosave to OFF in the left upper corner of the eForm.
- Offline forms: option to submit an offline form, which automatically generates a C4C ticket and assigns it to the Operations team. Offline forms can be customised to incorporate the use of uploaded attachments to support the submitted eForm.
- eForms Non-hire: In eForms v2 the eHR, hire follow-up, change and leave functionality is comfortably placed into a streamlined InfoType maintenance application called eForms Non-hire.
- Validation of fields and new error messages look: In previous versions of eForms the error messages were displayed only when submitting the form, in eForms v2 each field is validated before and after the input is made.
