Role of Zalaris
Zalaris has been a long term partner as the University has expanded its services and solutions. Deployed first UK Higher Education SuccessFactors solution in 2015 – “ePDR”.
Outcomes achieved
Delivery of SLA HR & Payroll Support from our UK based Support experts. Deployed SAP Portal solution (2008) SuccessFactors Perf & Goals (2015). Infrastructure upgrades in 2017 and 2020.
Our new online performance and development solution will provide a tool for managers and employees to be able to articulate how their role fits into the overall strategic plan. It will ensure that conversations on performance and development are ongoing thus facilitating employee engagement, productivity and success.
