Role of Zalaris
Mapping the existing processes related to assessment in the SuccessFactors system, i.e., the configuration of annual periodic assessment sheets, other assessment sheets and assessment cards (goal plans) used for rewarding as part of the quarterly and annual bonuses.

The data in SuccessFactors helps compare the effectiveness of individual business units and departments, and their real impact on the achievement of the strategic goals of the organisation.
