Nordic Head of HR Services
Janne has been working for Danske Bank A/S for more than 10 years in various positions related to HR Processes and prior to that with HR, training and administration in various companies and sectors. She’s equally curious about people, systems, processes and customers and has worked extensively with strategic organisational development and vendor partnerships.

Kasper Willemann
Head of People Tribe
With over 20 years of experience at Danske Bank, Kasper has worked across IT business development, leadership, LEAN, and agile methodologies, and is currently driving HR transformation initiatives. As the business leader of a cross-functional IT development organisation, he oversees HR systems, data, and digital processes, bridging technology and human resources to deliver impactful solutions.
