Established in 1998 as an SAP HCM/HXM focused implementation and consulting organisation, ROC successfully expanded into Europe, India, Australia & America before being acquired by Zalaris in 2017. Since its acquisition, services in the UK have expanded to include implementation of the Zalaris multi-country HR & Payroll Cloud solution, which can be deployed as either a Software as a Service (SaaS) option where the customer can administer HR and payroll themselves or a comprehensive Business Process Outsource (BPO) option where Zalaris can administer HR and payroll on behalf of the customer.
