- Danske Bank is on a long-term journey to establish a future-ready HR and payroll operating model across the Nordics. After facing challenges with manual payroll reconciliation and juggling vendors in four countries, Danske bank sought to modernise legacy systems by moving to a unified and cloud-based HR and Payroll operating model.
The programme sought to:

Role of Zalaris
Zalaris acts as Danske Bank’s single strategic payroll partner across countries. The programme is delivered in close collaboration with HR, IT and operations, with shared governance and standardised processes across geographies.
Our core responsibilities included:

- Supporting standardised HR & payroll processes compatible across multiple jurisdictions
