Role of Zalaris
The experts from Zalaris implemented the project in close collaboration with the Intrum team. It included the development of new automated services, the streamlining of operational processes, and the implementation of digital payroll. This modern and user-friendly solution provides HR, managers, and employees with a seamless service that enhances the efficiency of daily operations.
Outcomes achieved
Zalaris proven cross-country cloud solution for payroll, travel expenses, and time management is supported by the Zalaris PeopleHub portal and mobile self-service capabilities for all Intrum employees. First-line support is provided by the Zalaris service team.
