Zalaris is honoured to have been chosen to implement and support SAP’s cloud-based payroll for a leading European airline. The implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll as part of their SuccessFactors HR solution simplifies the process and drives efficiency by automating the process from end-to-end, removing the need for manual intervention.
Our customer needed to migrate multiple European payroll systems to SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, one of these countries being Malta. There are no preconfigured Maltese legislative localisations provided by the supplier, therefore, to meet the project’s brief, Zalaris implemented the Maltese payroll using SAP’s international payroll as a base in Employee Central Payroll.
The project team designed, built and implemented a payroll which complied with all legislative requirements in Malta, while adhering to the company's standard terms and conditions applicable across Europe. They also customised Employee Central and Payroll Control Center to work alongside the bespoke payroll solution. The deployment in Malta was implemented on time and within budget for over 250 employees and included both office staff and aircrew.
These streamlined processes provide real-time access to the latest employee data, enhance data security, and improve efficiency and decision-making for their business. It also enables the in-house team to process all their payrolls using a single payroll system.
Malta is now the sixth country where Zalaris has implemented payroll solutions for this customer. We look forward to continuing to work closely together to implement and provide application management support for SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll in more countries.
