Balakrishnan Narayanan is responsible for the growth and expansion of Zalaris in the APAC region.
Balakrishnan Narayanan leads the growth and expansion of Zalaris in the APAC region. Since establishing Zalaris’ offshore center in India in 2015, he has been instrumental in building and scaling the company’s Global Capability Center (GCC), which today serves as a key strategic hub for Zalaris’ global operations.
With over two decades of experience in HR and payroll operations, Bala has worked with leading organizations in India and globally, including Fidelity Investments, Tata Consultancy Services, IBM Business Services, and Wipro, supporting clients with multi-country operations.
Bala’s expertise spans complex operations management, people leadership, crisis and business continuity planning, process re-engineering, business networking, and strategic expansion. He also has deep knowledge of HR technologies including Oracle HRMS, PeopleSoft, SAP HR, and Workday.
In addition to his operational leadership, Bala brings strong capabilities in strategy, pre-sales, solutioning, financial planning, budgeting, and cost management.
His current focus is on managing offshore delivery, driving smart automation initiatives, and expanding Zalaris’ footprint across the APAC region
