Role of Zalaris

After supporting a successful carve-out from Equinor, our role has been to digitise the full lifecycle management to improve flow of data in line with the overall digitalisation strategy & LEAN principles. Integration of HRIS & service delivery (payroll, travel & expenses, support) in an ‘industrial mechanism’.

The transition from a local In-house Payroll Team to Global Outsourced Payroll provider was a big move for our business and more specifically for our payroll team.
