Zalaris Latvia was established in 2007, following Zalaris Lithuania in 2008 and Zalaris Estonia in 2016. By entering the Baltic markets, Zalaris has been supporting multiple companies over the years in succeeding in their HR transformation. Utilising strong local knowledge across Baltic region, we are delivering Business Process Outsourcing and Professional services to various customers in banking area, retail, chemicals and others.

Not only Zalaris Latvia delivers services to Baltic customers, but it has also developed into a strategic service center with a team of professionals utilised across Zalaris’ group. The office in Riga is a hub of strong competences in various areas: Managed Services Operations, Professional Services, IT Operations and Development, Application Management Outsourcing, Business Process Development, Project Management, and many more. Within the team, there are certified specialists in SAP SuccessFactors, Information Security Management and others.
