The services provided by Zalaris will support Intrum’s digitalisation journey, including improving user experience and the enablement of working from anywhere. The Zalaris payroll solution is integrated with Intrum’s Workday HR solution.

Zalaris multi-country payroll platform empowered by SAP incl. Travel and Expense, Time and Attendance, Sick Leave Follow-up for managers, automatic deletion rules, and Payroll Control Center. Self-service functionality through Zalaris PeopleHub portal and mobile app for all Intrum employees.

Managed payroll, reimbursement, travel and time services for all employees in Intrum Norway as well as first line support to all employees in Norway.

Role of Zalaris

Zalaris has been leading the project in tight collaboration with the Intrum’s team. The project included developing new automated services, streamlining operational services and implementing digital payroll with a modern and user-friendly solution for seamless service that will provide efficiency in daily work.
