Role of Zalaris

In collaboration with Lagom, to enhance employee engagement, streamline performance management, facilitate a seamless onboarding process, and align compensation strategies to the overall organisational objectives. Sealord aimed to optimise their whole HR process, improve the employee experience, and enable data-driven decision making through the skillful integration of various components.
