With a corporate vision to empower an intelligent, sustainable and connected world, the customer’s objective was to streamline the payroll delivery model with a minimum requirement to reduce the number of vendors per region.

Technology scope:
Own SAP Platform (HR/Time/Financials) and interface to Zalaris SAP (master data, payroll, time, supplier sick leave follow up, reports).
Service scope:
Payroll outsourcing service, Zalaris Helpdesk Portal available in all countries. Payslip visible in 3 smallest countries.

Role of Zalaris

Zalaris will deliver one common set of payroll and HR services across the covered countries, utilising Zalaris’ multi-country SAP HCM Cloud-based platform. As a result of the agreement, 13 employees in Sweden who currently perform related services will transfer to Zalaris.
