The organisation develops, constructs, and operates federal and state highways in Germany’s most populous state. Role of Zalaris

Straßen.NRW commissioned Zalaris as an implementation partner for a step-by-step introduction of the SAP SuccessFactors modules Recruiting, Learning, and Performance & Goals. At the beginning of 2022, SF Recruiting was introduced as the first module. A particular challenge was to successfully combine the requirements of the different roles and branches, as well as to integrate the existing career site with all functions. Shortly afterward, SAP Learning was implemented, and, in the same year, the Performance & Goals module for civil servants. The go-live for Performance & Goals for collective bargaining employees was implemented in July 2023.

The integration of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting supports the recruiters and other groups involved in day-to-day business, so that repetitive manual tasks are automated. Users also benefit from a more appealing and smoother application. The competent collaboration with Zalaris played a significant role in the successful launch of the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting solution.

The introduction of the SAP SuccessFactors modules marked an important milestone in the digital transformation at Straßen.NRW. By automating repetitive manual tasks and clear processes, HR processes have been made significantly more efficient. In addition, thanks to the modern solutions, Straßen.NRW now offers interested talent (“Recruiting”) and employees (“Learning” and “Performance & Goals”) appealing, professional platforms and clear, smooth processes.
