Sealord is one of the largest seafood companies in the Southern Hemisphere, operating out of New Zealand, Australia, and Mauritius. In September 2022, Sealord had signed an agreement with Zalaris and Lagom as part of an overall digital transformation strategy for all critical business functions to address inefficiencies in their current manual HR processes, and today the companies together celebrate the next milestone of this massive project.
The primary goal of Sealord was to enhance employee engagement, streamline performance management, facilitate a seamless onboarding process, and align compensation strategies to the overall organisational objectives. With the cohesive integration of these modules, Sealord aimed to optimise their overall HR process, elevate employee experience, empower data driven decision making, and Zalaris PeopleHub, powered by SAP SuccessFactors delivered exactly on that.
The scope of Sealord’s project included the integration of a variety of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including:

Performance and Goals: Enabling effective performance management and aligning individual goals with the company's strategic vision.
Litmos: A dynamic learning management system fostering continuous employee development and growth.
Recruitment: Modernising talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top-tier talent.
Onboarding 2.0: Elevating the onboarding experience to seamlessly integrate new employees into the organisation.
Compensation and Variable Pay: Aligning remuneration strategies with business objectives to drive motivation and reward excellence.
