Melissa Lake is the Application Support Manager UK & Ireland

Melissa joined the organisation (ROC) in 2008 and has worked in a client facing role during this time, primarily focusing in the Application Maintenance Support (AMS) space.

Having fulfilled a variety of roles throughout her tenure, Melissa was promoted from the position of Commercial Manager into the position of Application Maintenance Support (AMS) Manager in April 2018.

Melissa’s AMS team have many years experience specialising in the SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors space thus enabling the team to provide high quality support for a large client base across multiple industry sectors.

Mel is focused on account management and service, believing that a happy team leads to happy customers!
