Stephen Burr is responsible for growing the UK market, as well as developing and growing operations in Ireland.
As part of the Zalaris leadership team, Stephen plays a crucial role in working with customers across the region to help them understand how digital HCM solutions can offer real business impact; whether it be in delivering SuccessFactors HXM, SAP HCM and SAP Payroll consulting and support services, or utilising Zalaris’ PeopleHub SaaS and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services.
For over two decades, Stephen has been deeply involved in the realm of HR and Payroll technologies, collaborating with a wide range of companies across industries. Stephen was previously a Director within Zalaris & Group Head of SuccessFactors, having originally joined ROC (which Zalaris acquired in 2017) in 1998. His educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics.
