The project was led from their global HQ in London and included the deployment of Foundation, Recruiting (Management, Marketing and Posting) and Learning into their global organisation.
Integrated employee records are sourced from SAP (for UK employees) and a global people database (for international employees). The solution offers Knight Frank employees the ability to apply for internal jobs as well as search for, register for, record and complete learning activities, both online and in the classroom.
Recruiting enables job requisitions to be managed by recruiters, with visibility to hiring managers of applicants and their progression through the recruiting pipeline. Jobs can be advertised through the Knight Frank corporate website as well as via third party job boards and agencies. SuccessFactors provides interview scheduling tools and collates feedback as well as producing standardised, but configurable offer letters. Successful UK candidates are automatically integrated to the SAP system to create new hires.
The SuccessFactors mobile app will enable visibility and approvals to managers within the organisation whilst on the move.
