Zalaris brings compliant, local payroll to HiBob's global HR platform

Zalaris, a leading provider of HR and payroll managed services and solutions, today announced a new integration that brings its compliant, local payroll expertise to HiBob, the HR platform behind Bob. The certified integration connects HiBob's HR data directly to Zalaris PeopleHub, giving joint customers accurate, compliant payroll without duplicate data entry or manual processes.

This reflects the platform-agnostic approach Zalaris takes to payroll integration. Zalaris PeopleHub connects with a range of HR systems, and HiBob is now the latest certified partner alongside Workday. That gives more businesses access to compliant, local payroll expertise from Zalaris, whichever HR platform they use.

How the integration works

Once connected, core employee data, including new starters, leavers and changes to employee details, flows automatically from HiBob into Zalaris PeopleHub. Because payroll compliance depends on country-specific data that goes beyond standard HR fields, such as statutory and bank details, this additional information is captured directly in Zalaris PeopleHub, using country-specific forms already in place across the markets where Zalaris provides payroll services. Employees continue to view their payslips and manage payroll-related self-service through Zalaris PeopleHub / MyPayslip.
