Watch at your convenience

As SAP continues to confirm native SAP SuccessFactors capabilities supporting the directive, many organisations are now evaluating how their systems, data structures and reporting frameworks should evolve to support compliance.

To better understand how organisations are approaching this challenge, Zalaris gathered data from SAP SuccessFactors customers. Senior HR, Compensation and HRIS leaders from both Zalaris clients and the wider SuccessFactors community shared their perspectives on readiness for EU Pay Transparency.

The results highlight a significant readiness gap. Only 19% of SAP SuccessFactors organisations report that their HR systems are currently prepared to support EU Pay Transparency requirements.

While awareness of the directive is high, many organisations are still determining how to adapt their HR systems, data models and reporting capabilities to support compliance.

In this webinar, Zalaris experts share the key findings from this research and explore what they mean for organisations running SAP SuccessFactors. The session also provides an overview of relevant SAP SuccessFactors functionality and outlines practical approaches organisations are using to prepare their systems, data and reporting frameworks.

What you will learn

  • Insights from Zalaris research on how SAP SuccessFactors organisations are preparing for EU Pay Transparency
  • SAP SuccessFactors capabilities that can support EU Pay Transparency requirements
  • Practical guidance on aligning HR systems, data structures and processes for compliance
  • Reporting approaches for pay transparency, including People Analytics Stories, hybrid architectures and data warehouse models

Why watch?

EU Pay Transparency introduces significant complexity for organisations operating across multiple countries and pay structures.

While SAP SuccessFactors provides important capabilities to support the directive, organisations must determine how to configure systems, align HR processes and build reporting frameworks that support evolving regulatory expectations.

There is no single technical solution. Organisations need flexible approaches that maximise native SAP SuccessFactors capabilities while ensuring reporting can scale as transparency requirements evolve.

This session combined SAP SuccessFactors customer research with Zalaris implementation experience to provide practical guidance for organisations preparing their HR landscape.
