As Grindeks is driving towards HR process digitalisation using SAP, the partnership with Zalaris was a logical next step for the company, considering Zalaris’ 20+ years of experience and global SAP gold partner status. The implemented SAP SuccessFactors solutions have Latvian localisation, allowing employees to use the system in local language.
The SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central setup supports all main HR processes for the company, the future enhancements in the rest of the companies’ subsidiaries will make a global, multi-country cloud solution for HR administration at Grindeks. Additionally, comprehensive support and user training by Zalaris will push Grindeks to maintain and provide independent end-user support with the implemented solution. SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone will become the main digital workspace, giving users direct access to the company’s news, reports, and HR related data in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Through the partnership with Zalaris, Grindeks has successfully driven their HR digitalisation, thus simplifying the company’s work life with modern solutions, and securing the ability to achieve more by modernising their daily work approach.
