Performance and Goals Management
Andrejs Misjuns investigates the improvements in this release to Performance and Goals Management which adds additional functionalities to the solution, enhancements to Continuous Feedback which will improve customer’s experience, and important features for Performance process. In addition, several improvements provided to Multi-Rater 360 Review add more possibilities for customers to control 360 review forms.
Claire Badger guides us through how, since the inception of Opportunity Marketplace in 2021, SAP have worked quickly to build out both the functionality that it offers as well as the integration between the pre-existing talent modules. The new release brings UI enhancements which further improve the ability employees have to locate appropriate opportunities targeted at the capabilities they wish to develop and roles they have targeted for the future. The release is also heavily focused on improvement to mobile functionality which allows the same robust functionality to be provided on the go
Succession and Career Development Planning
Michael Poulter shows us how this release provides us with many elements to achieve feature parity with the latest goal plans, provides a more inclusive environment for all identities, and also continues the evolution of Career Explorer with improved links to Opportunity Marketplace.
