We recently released our annual report for the 2017 fiscal year, and I can tell you we had more than ever to cover in such a blockbuster 12-month period. Here are some of the key report highlights from one of the most significant years in Zalaris’ history, if not the most pivotal since our founding in 2000:
• 46% increase in revenue, fueled by acquisitions of sumarum and ROC as well as continued organic growth
• Expansion into the UK and Ireland, Germany, Switzerland and Austria in conjunction with the acquisitions
• Stellar additional new clients in multiple industries, plus broader agreements with numerous existing customers
• New and enhanced solutions addressing current market trends and evolving customer expectations
• Deeper relationships with industry leaders, particularly SAP, which considers Zalaris among its most reliable go-to partners
• Recognition by top analysts of Zalaris as a “star performer” in multi-process HR outsourcing and payroll solutions
On a personal note, I received EY’s prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year award for Norway and am a finalist for the accounting/professional services firm’s global honor, to be presented next month in Monaco. I mention this recognition because it’s among many reasons to say a big thank you to our customers, partners, employees and shareholders for our collective achievements in 2017. The EY Entrepreneur Of The Year program was established more than 30 years ago and today operates in over 50 countries and 145 cities around the world.
