Role of Zalaris
Zalaris delivers one common set of HR processes across Statkraft`s 19 countries. In addition, we serve Statkraft with comprehensive outsourcing of payroll services in selected GEOs (Global Employment Organisation) – all utilising Zalaris’ multicountry SAP HCM cloud-based platform.
Outcomes achieved
One common solution supporting their GEO (Global Employment Organisation) footprint with a common solution and operating model. Reduced total spend on HR and payroll services through streamlining & standardisation processes, improving visibility & control, and improved quality. The partnership successfully worked with process improvements where Zalaris’ advisory competence has been essential.
