The following AI capabilities are now available to eligible SAP customers through existing SAP commercial entitlements:

Two paths to getting started
- Path 1: Already AI ready
If BTP and IAS are already in place, eligible Joule assistants can be activated in as little as eight consulting hours through the Zalaris Activation Starter. - Path 2: AI readiness programme
