The following AI capabilities are now available to eligible SAP customers through existing SAP commercial entitlements:

Two Paths to Getting Started
- Path 1: Already AI Ready
If BTP and IAS are already in place, eligible Joule assistants can be activated in as little as eight consulting hours through the Zalaris Activation Starter. - Path 2: AI Readiness Programme
If the required foundations are not yet established, Zalaris can help assess readiness, establish prerequisites, and create a practical roadmap to activation.
