The completion of phase one of the project is an important milestone in the digital transformation and harmonisation of HR business processes at Stadtwerke Krefeld. Since October, Employee Central has been implemented as the leading master data system together with SAP modules Recruiting and Onboarding as well as the SAP Analytics Cloud and Zalaris eFile. In the second phase of the project, SAP SuccessFactors Modules: Compensation, Learning, Performance & Goals and Succession & Development will be introduced.
