I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your support and confidence in us throughout these years. This is a time of reflection, gratitude and appreciation of how far we have come together since the company started in 2000 with only 1 person in Norway and we are now over 800 in 12 countries!
Whilst these are unprecedented times for all of us in the COVID-19 predicament, we also see this as an opportune time to renew our identity and strengthen our shared sense of purpose as a team to serve you better. We have updated our mission to: We simplify HR and payroll administration and empower you with useful information so that you can invest more in people.
Our values bind us together as one company as they shape the way we behave towards each other, our customers and our partners across the markets we serve. The new values are not exactly new, but merely crystallise how we are already behaving. I want to emphasise that everyone matters in this company, #bestingmyself is everyone’s motto because we are all aiming high so that we can all foster a supportive team spirit. And, the new logo is the culmination of this process, symbolising our ambition on being people focused and agile and the continuous simplification of processes to improve customer experience.
With Zalaris providing fully digitised solutions for HR and payroll – we are well positioned to deliver on an expected increased demand from the market for solutions allowing flexibility to work from anywhere. For the last twenty years, together with you, we have simplified the work lives of many and we will continue to impact millions of work lives so that they can achieve more.
