Role of Zalaris
The role of Zalaris in the project was as a professional consultant for the definition of HR processes and the technical implementation in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management. In addition, support services for technical implementation were offered.
Outcomes achieved
Thanks to the successful and straightforward implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, the university saves time, resources and money.
Universities are also facing new challenges in digitisation. Paper-based processes have been established in the administration for many years. Even if sub-processes can be handled with IT support, the way for a uniform process without media discontinuity has not yet been paved.
